GUESTROOM INNOVATION

In 2013, Sawyer & Co was selected to spearhead a major initiative for Marriott Hotels namesake brand: to re-imagine the guestroom experience from top to bottom. We engaged in an in-depth 18 month study of today's traveler, designing the new prototype from the standpoint of their unique and evolving needs. The result? The new guestroom has received the highest guest user scores in Marriott's history.
